  • care for the problems of the world and participation in their solution;
  • developing ideas about the future of the world;
  • development of active citizenship;
  • support of their ideas by public organizations, relevant institutions and organizations;
  • raising awareness of volunteering among young people.

Impact

The ideas of young people, who have the biggest say and the most influential employees in building the future, have always been important to the leadership and managers. The problems that young people see and the ways to solve them are always focused on solving the problem. Because young people don’t have personal interests like politicians and managers, but they don’t have the fears or reservations that most adults have. During and after the project, individuals who are in the most energetic and productive periods of their lives are simultaneously learning and daring to imagine and realize that this is the most effective solution to the problems they see and witness. The biggest problem with young people being so effective, but not realizing it, is that they are afraid to think about problems, solutions, and the future. Because the changing world is getting almost uncertain for many, and problem-solving is becoming more and more difficult. The main goal is to get young people to think and act. Young people who produce and think are expected to be useful and productive people for the whole world.
