Минулого вівторка, 29 листопада 2022 року, відбулась чергова зустріч фахівців у галузі психології Університету Сент-Лео (Флорида, США) із представниками кафедри психології і кафедри менеджменту, практичної психології та інклюзивної освіти Університету Григорія Сковороди в Переяславі.
Організатори україно-американської співпраці, професор університету Сент-Лео Сергій Борисов з американської сторони та проректорка з міжнародних зв’язків і проєктної діяльності Оксана Ковтун з української почали зустріч із вітальних слів та побажань успішної роботи науковцям. Успішно змодерувала захід керівник відділу міжнародних зв’язків Валентина Крикун. Вона ж одночасно з фахівцем відділу міжнародних зв’язків Леонідом Шелестом здійснювала переклад заходу.
Безпосередню зустріч було присвячено обговоренню подальших кроків співпраці між психологами Університетів. Спільним рішенням стало започаткування модульного навчання командою Університету Сент-Лео на чолі з керівницею магістратури в галузі освіти Ферн Аєфскі. Окреслено напрями співпраці по роботі з різними віковими категоріями людей, що перебувають в травмі у зв’язку з вторгненням російського агресора на територію нашої держави. Поза тим вирішено питання підготовки командою Університету Сент-Лео практичних вебінарів для фахівців-психологів УГСП за вищезазначеною тематикою.
Звертаємо вашу увагу, що наступним етапом реалізації віртуальної мобільності разом із Університетом Сент-Лео буде організація «розмовних клубів», спрямованих на підвищення рівня володіння англійською мовою та розвиток навичок комунікації для здобувачів всіх рівнів освіти УГСП. Last Tuesday, November 29, 2022, another meeting of specialists in the field of psychology of the Saint Leo University (Florida, USA) with representatives of the Department of Psychology and the Department of Management, Practical Psychology and Inclusive Education of Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav was held.
According to the report of the Department of International Relations of HSUP, the organizers of Ukrainian-American cooperation, professor of Saint Leo University Sergiy Borysov from the American side and Oksana Kovtun, Vice-rector for International Relations and Project Activities from the Ukrainian side, began the meeting with congratulatory words and wishes for successful work to the scientists. The event was successfully moderated by Valentyna Krykun, head of the Department of International Relations. At the same time, she translated the event together with Leonid Shelest, specialist of the Department of International Relations.
The direct meeting was dedicated to discussing further steps of cooperation between the psychologists of the Universities. A joint decision was the initiation of modular training by the team at Saint Leo University, led by the head of the master program in Education, Fern Ayefsky. The directions of cooperation in working with people of different age categories who are traumatized in connection with the invasion of the russian aggressor on the territory of our state are outlined. In addition, the issue of preparation of practical webinars for psychologists of HSUP on the above-mentioned topic by the Saint Leo University team was resolved.
We draw your attention to the fact that the next stage of the implementation of virtual mobility together with the University of Saint Leo will be the organization of “speaking clubs” aimed at improving the level of English language proficiency and developing communication skills for students of all levels of HSUP education.
